I am wired to work with others, to help them be their best at what they do! Leadership has been in my realm for nearly all of my life. I enjoy learning and thinking creatively, and relational connections “fill my bucket!” While I am open to working with all individuals, I am especially drawn to supporting women leaders. While nearly equal numbers of men and women graduate from college, there is still a discrepancy for who is sitting in “the big chair.” As an example, of all school superintendents, only 26% are women at both the state and national level!
